The Rain is a three-dimensional relief that depicts a character holding a small red bird underneath an umbrella as 2 rain clouds pour waterfalls of rain around them. This painting was created to take the usually moody and gloomy sentiment of rain and make it colorful, happy, and beautiful. It was inspired by the sights of the sun reflecting off water droplets just after it has rained.
